About

In New Brunswick, employers are required to provide certain leaves for employees who have been impacted by domestic, intimate partner or sexual violence, as well as take precautions to ensure every worker has a healthy and safe workplace that is free of violence and harassment, including sexual violence, intimate partner and domestic violence that may affect the workplace. When someone is experiencing violence, everyone is affected. Creating an open working environment where people feel safe is important for productivity and morale. In this program, employers and employees will learn what DV/IPV is, how to help those who are affected, and what resources are available to them.
